Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ozs Pendray's Amaro Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- Maraschino Cherry or Lemon Twist
Directions
Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients except egg white. Shake vigorously 15 seconds.
Double strain back into empty shaker and add egg white. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Pour into glass and garnish with maraschino cherry or lemon twist.
