Harvested from a vineyard with a long history here in Paso Robles, this 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon has the characteristics of Cabernets from European wines. It has aged beautifully in the bottle and displays black currant, graphite, and layers of pencil shavings, with hints of cedar, tobacco, leather, and sweet vanilla.

 Aged in French Oak for 30 months and in the bottle for 6 years, this wine still has firm yet approachable tannins and nice acidity. Drink now or cellar for 5 more years, and you will be rewarded with truly wonderful wine.
