Nebbiolo grapes are used to make Barolo and Barbaresco from the Piedmont region of Northern Italy.  On the nose you will get a subtle hint of rose and a slight earthiness that is reminiscent of a beautiful Italian vineyard during the height of harvest!   With its beautiful bouquet of roses this wine has a great amount of acidity that makes it the perfect wine to pair with many different dishes from Rack of Lamb to a mushroom Lasagna.  Decant this wine and you will be rewarded by a spectacular wine!
