Harvested from our Lost Abbe Estate Vineyard this wine is our first Estate Cabernet blend. At the time of bottling this Estate Reserve exhibits refined tannins, showcasing more elegance than power.  

The bouquet exudes black currant, dark cherry and sweet sandlewood aromas.  On the palate the flavors echo the aromas with amplified intensity.  Aged in French Oak for 30 months this wine has firm yet approachable tannins with nice acidity.  Drink now or cellar for 5 or more years and you will be rewarded with decadent development in the bottle.  This wine truly reflects Steve's unparalleled winemaking!
