86% Souzão / 14% Touriga Nacional  Souzão is usually known as a port varietal, however, we have found it to make an excellent table wine.  It's comparable to a well-structured Tempranillo and blending a small percent of Touriga Nacional to this grape gives it a bit more depth and body.  It has diverse overtones, underlying layers, and a lingering finish. Tart blueberry and blackberry, sweet pipe tobacco, warm spice, dark chocolate, and a hint of earthy rhubarb are some of the flavors you will find in this 2019 Souzão. Finishing with firm tannins and excellent acidity makes an excellent food-friendly wine. Only 1 barrel produced.
