Pendray’s XO Brandy is inspired by the illustrious brandies of Cognac.  Carefully aged and blended from select brandy stocks which saw from seven to ten years of maturation in French oak barrels.  The brandy was initially aged in new 400L French Limousin oak casks before being transferred and finished in specially selected white port barrels derived from our sister brand, PasoPort Wine Company.

The nose is amazingly rich and deeply complex.  It boasts scents of fresh brioche, graham cracker, vanilla bean, and sweet alyssum. The flavors are warm and inviting, with poached stone fruit, caramel, butterscotch, and a hint of tobacco.  The finish is smooth and has great length.

This XO Brandy is finished at 41% abv with no caramel coloring.
